1. Workflow & Turnaround Time
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below.The client must provide clear visual references and a concise description of the character, mood, and lighting.Turnaround Time:
Standard delivery time is 14 to 30 days depending on queue position and complexity.
The deadline countdown starts only after full payment has been received and references are confirmed.Revision Policy:Sketch Stage: Major adjustments to pose, composition, and anatomy are allowed (up to 2 free revisions).Render Stage:
Only minor tweaks to color and lighting balance are permitted.Excessive structural revisions requested late in the process may incur additional fees.2. Payment Terms
Payment Method: PayPal (Invoice only) or Ko-Fi.Payment Flow: 100% full upfront payment is required before work officially begins.All PayPal invoices must be paid within 48 hours after issuance.Currency is USD ($). All standard transaction processing fees are already included in the stated prices.3. Refund Policy
100% Refund: Granted if I have not started working on your piece yet, or if I must cancel the order due to personal/technical circumstances.50% Refund: Granted if the client requests cancellation while the artwork is still in the active sketch stage.0% Refund (No Refund): Once the project passes sketch approval and moves into the coloring/rendering stage, or if the final high-resolution file has been delivered.4. Copyright & Usage RightsArtist Rights:I retain all intellectual and moral copyrights to the created artwork.I reserve the right to include the finished piece (watermarked/web-res) in my portfolio and personal social media feeds. (If you require the work to remain private, please state this before payment).I reserve the right to decline any commission request prior to receiving payment.Client Rights:Personal Use: The client is granted personal, non-commercial display rights (e.g., social media icons, profile banners, personal wallpaper, printing strictly for personal use, provided credit is given).Commercial Use: Commercial rights must be purchased if the artwork is used for monetized platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Patreon), merchandise, games, book covers, or promotional materials.The client CANNOT claim the artwork as their own creation, mint the art as NFTs/Blockchain assets, or feed the artwork into any AI datasets or machine-learning models.
